Workshops are customized to business requirements, offered virtually, in-person, or in hybrid configurations, ranging from one to three days.
New Business
Whitehouse Coaching & Training provides a New Business course targeted at professionals who are in charge of identifying new opportunities and increasing market coverage. The course emphasizes a multi-channel strategy, such as social media, networking, e-mail, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings, to create a sustainable sales pipeline.


Presenting Confidently
Whitehouse Coaching & Training provides a Presenting Confidently workshop to enable professionals to learn the skills and confidence required to make effective presentations. Participants will create a presentation from the ground up utilizing the Three P Framework—considering the Presenter, the Participants' requirements, and a planned delivery strategy. Practical exercises, live presentations, and constructive feedback are included to hone skills. An additional, smaller, more personalized workshop is available for those who require additional assistance.
Sales 101
Whitehouse Coaching & Training provides a Sales 101 workshop for new sales reps, customer-facing team members, and those managing sales without formal training. This workshop establishes basic sales skills through the identification of customer need, communication of value, and trust building. Attendees will also be taught consultative selling, a customer-centric method of tailoring solutions to specific client problems.

This workshop is intended to improve negotiation capability, with a focus on mutual strategies that create value for everybody. Participants will learn important concepts in negotiation, pre-negotiation planning, and methods of achieving Win-Win results.
